Performances:

Nithin has become a go to hero for Directors who wish to make love stories. Once again, The ease with which he performed the lead role is appreciable. Be it his look, comic timing, subtle expressions and dance moves in 'Pedda Puli' song, Youth will love everything about him in this movie.

Megha Akash looks cute and impresses with her beauty. Though she performed decently, Picking up a fresh face could have made a huge difference for this love story.

Madhu Nandan in First Half & Satya in Second Half tickle the funny bone. Rao Ramesh entertains. As Heroine's Mother, Lissy does well. This movie is a turning point for Narra Seenu's career. He excelled as Doctor Mithra. Naresh left a mark of his own with limited screen time.

Pros:

Nithin

Comedy

Dialogues

Music

Cons:

Lack Of Depth in Love Story

Technicalities:

'Chal Mohan Ranga' is technically sound. After 'Tholi Prema', SS Thaman offers feel good music yet again. While Vaaram & Megha songs were composed and picturized well, Pedda Puli track will be a feast for the masses. A good feel throughout the movie due to Background Score. Colorful Visuals of Nataraj Subrahmaniam are an asset. He presented the Ooty and America episodes beautifully. Makers haven't compromised on Production Values & the whole film looks rich. Though Trivikram's story is nothing special, His mark is quite evident in the script. Director Krishna Chaitanya does magic with thoroughly entertaining screenplay. Dialogues penned by him are the biggest attraction, though inspiration from Trivikram is noticeable. Overall, The Young Filmmaker comes out with flying colors.

Analysis:

Movie Buffs hardly bother about the Story as long as they are entertained. This is why a lot of films hit the bull's eye despite having a routine story. 'Chal Mohan Ranga' is one of those projects solely made to entertain with ample comedy. A Boy & Girl meet accidentally, fall in love but gets separated due to a conflict & they unite again resolving all the differences. That's what this Nithin-starrer is all about! We might have seen many films with similar storyline but it's the entertainment which makes the difference.

'Rowdy Fellow' which is s serious film marked the debut of Krishna Chaitanya as Director. He now made 'Chal Mohan Ranga' according to the tastes of the audience & receiving appreciation with good dose of situational comedy.

Trivikram has just offered story for 'Chal Mohan Ranga'. It was Krishna Chaitanya who took the responsibility to pen screenplay and dialogues. At the same time, Movie lovers won't be missing Trivikram-mark. Krishna Chaitanya generated rib-tickling comedy with his impeccable sense-of-humour. Hardly there are any dull moments in the First Half.

Combination Scenes of Lead Pair are enjoyable. Director focussed more on comedy than romance here. Madhu Nandan, Prabhas Seenu and Rao Ramesh did a fine job in the first half. In the second half, Satya and Narra Seenu entertain along with Nithin. Lack of freshness in the story is a bit disappointing. There should have been more depth or better conflict point in the Love Story. Neverthless, 'Chal Mohan Ranga' will be a full meals for those who crave for entertainment & it's a film for all sections of audience.

Bottom Line: Limited Love - Ample Fun!
