S doesn't stand for Samantha!

There were a huge response from the audience in theaters when Chaitu uttered the dialogues, 'Naa Jeevitham Lo 'S' Ane Letter Tho Star Ayye Name Unna Ammayi Naa Wife Avuthundhi Ani Undi'.
People began assuming that the dialogue was included just because Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were in a relationship. The fact that there was no such dialogue in the original made them believe so.
Director Chandoo Mondeti, however, clarifies 'S' doesn't stand for Samantha. He adds, 'We never expected that People would assume it that way! I have written the dialogue version in September last year'.
Even the Restaurant run by Naga Chaitanya is named as 'S Star'. The Filmmaker reveals 'S' stands for Sitara here.
Interestingly, Names of all the three female leads in 'Premam' starts with the letter 'S' (Suma, Sitara, Sindhu).
