Icon star Allu Arjun swept everyone off their feet with his wonderful performance in 'Pushpa - The Rise'. The audience were completely spellbound with his acting and mannerisms. The film turned out to be a sensational hit at the box office. The film did great in South Indian languages but what surprised everyone is the fact that it brought over 100 crores in the North market. This explains Bunny's craze across the nation and how much they were impressed with his portrayal of the iconic Pushparaj character.
Allu Arjun had a complete makeover for 'Pushpa'. He was called a stylish star till then but managed to shed that image and went all out for the character. He looked exactly like a village ruffian with messy hair, a thick beard, a natural skin complexion and everything. He spent hours on the makeup before going onto the sets.
The team of 'Pushpa' released a special video showcasing Bunny transforming into Pushparaj. We can see the amount of hard work put in by the makeup team who did a phenomenal job. We can see them creating artificial scars, birthmarks and applying tan to him in order to suit for the role. Bunny is seen sitting through the entire process patiently. It is due to all this hard work and dedication that Bunny is happily enjoying the success of 'Pushpa'.
He will be starting the shoot for the second part too. Sukumar is reportedly taking care of the logistics. Pushpa - The Rise' is set in the backdrop of red sanders smuggling and it is released on a pan-Indian scale. It was dubbed in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Rashmika played the role of Srivalli in this film while Malayalam star hero Fahadh Faasil played the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.
Mythri Movie Makers produced the film on a grand scale while Devi Sri Prasad gave chartbuster tunes for this movie. Kuba is the cinematographer while a lot of top technicians worked on this crazy project. The second part is expected to have a lot more drama and let us see how the second part turns out.
