'Chinna Babu' starring Karthi and Sayesha Saigal is an out & out village backdrop flick blended with romance, caste politics and family emotions. Karthi appears as Farmer by name Krishnam Raju who takes pride in his profession.
Karthi did play the role of a village youth so well & even dubbed in Telugu. Sathyaraj essays the role of Karthi's Father who have two wives. 'Akhil' fame Sayesha Saigal looks cute and shares a good chemistry with Karthi. Soori generates Comedy which have Tamil flavor.
None other than Suriya produced 'Chinna Babu' which was helmed by National Award-winner Pandiraj. Miryala Ravinder Reddy of 'Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo' and 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' fame acquired Telugu theatrical rights of this rustic village drama. 'Chinna Babu' have all the elements to become a good mass entertainer. July 13th Release!
