Chiru, Brammi land into a controversy

Megastar Chiranjeevi.. top comedian Brahmanandam recently landed into a controversy. Brahmanandam attended 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' as a guest recently. Brahmanandam remembered Jandhyala who introduced him to the Telugu Film Industry during the programme. As Chiru also worked with Jandhyala earlier, both had a casual chat about Jandhyala.
Brahmanandam remembered an incident that.. Jandhyala met Brahmanandam on a stage once.. and he asked Brammi that 'Do I look like drunk?' This has become a controversy now. Jandhyala wife Annapurna told that "My husband never used to consume alcohol..So, I called him and suggested it is not right to speak lies". She also told that "I didn't watch the programme. But my daughter watched the programme. TV channel guys have sent me that clipping. I have raised objections for Brahmanandam comments on my husband. They have apologized me and removed that particular clipping".
On the other hand, Annapurna suggested Chiranjeevi that this kind of aspects should not be encouraged in a programme watched by public. She felt that Chiranjeevi.. Brahmanandam..are well educated and good men. But it is not right on their part to talk about a deceased person like this.
