Chiru Bids Tearful Farewell to Lakshmi Devi

Lakshmi Devi Kanakala who trained countless actors over the years has passed away at her residence on February 3rd, 2018. She is the wife of noted actor Devadas Kanakala, Mother to Rajeev Kanakala and Mother-in-Law to Anchor Suma. The 78-Year-Old has been suffering from few age-related health issues since sometime.
Devadas Kanakala begun an acting institute for which Lakshmi Devi acted as a Principal. Several great actors including Megastar was trained by them.
Chiranjeevi expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Kanakala. 'Though her name is Lakshmi Devi, She is more like a Saraswati Devi. Lessons taught by her made Me a better actor. I might feel happy to be admired by millions of people, but I feel proud to be a student of Lakshmi Devi. It's an irreparable loss! Not just Me, Everyone who is part of the Industry will feel the pain. With a heavy heart, I bid tearful farewell to My Teacher. My condolences to the family members,' he said.
Megastar isn't in Hyderabad Today. So, He spoke to Rajeev Kanakala on the phone to convey his feelings.
