Why Didn't Chiru Judgement Work?

New mega hero Kalyaan Dhev's debut film 'Vijetha' released yesterday. The movie didn't much impress the audience with its routine content and received mixed reviews. Though everybody gave good marks for Kalyaan's looks, it is not enough to make the film a success.

Kalyan Dhev has revealed a few times before the release of the film that his Mamayya Megastar Chiranjeevi has okayed the script of Rakesh Shashi.. and Chiru reportedly asked him to make the film as he narrated. As Chiru is known for his wonderful judgment skills, many people thought that 'Vijetha' would offer something fresh. But except for the climax scenes, the story is a beaten to death formula in Tollywood.

One wold really get a doubt that why Chiru Judgement didn't work? Though it's a simple story, Chiru might have thought that the young director will give a fresh treatment to the story with the screenplay. But the director has not only chosen a simple story but he has followed the screenplay template of 90s. Had the treatment been different, the result would have been different.
