Khaidi no. 150 did a theatre business of around 89 crores and the action entertainer achieved the target easily. Chiranjeevi's next venture Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy which was released on a Pan-India scale did a big business of around 195 crores. But the historical film fell short of expectations and ended up bringing losses in many areas.
Talking about Mega multi-starrer Acharya it managed to do a business of Rs 136 crores and saw huge losses between Rs 80 to 90 crores as per the experts. Acharya became a huge disaster in Megastar Chiranjeevi's career. It is also dubbed as the big flop Tollywood saw.
Talking about the political drama Godfather, it did a business of around Rs 90 crores. But it could not reach the target and fell short of it. With small losses, Godfather completed its theatrical run. Bollywood star Salman Khan played a crucial cameo in the official remake of the Hit Malayalam film Lucifer.
Now let us talk about the action entertainer Waltair Veerayya starring Megastar Chiranjeevi as the lead. It is said that the film did a business of around Rs 88 crores.
