Megastar Chiranjeevi's Acharya which was initially announced for theatrical release on the 4th of February has altered its release plan. The makers have now announced that the Chiranjeevi starrer will be releasing in theatres on the 1st of April.
Notably, the makers of Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata had previously announced that the film will be releasing in theatres on the 1st of April. Now, the makers of Acharya have announced that they have locked this release slot.
Given the announcement from Acharya, it can be understood that Sarkaru Vaari Paata is postponed to a later date. An official announcement on the same is awaited.
Interestingly enough, we are hearing that Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak might also get postponed from February 25th.
Reports suggest that the makers of Bheemla Nayak are eyeing the summer release slot. The plan is to push the film's release from 25th February to the end of March. If that is the case, we might be seeing an indirect clash between Bheemla Nayak and Acharya as they will be releasing with close proximity.
As of now, Acharya has locked 1st April which was initially locked for Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Even Bheemla Nayak will be arriving a week or two prior to Acharya.
