Chiranjeevi Steps In To Solve The Ongoing Ticket Prices Issue!

The issue of ticket prices in both Telugu-speaking states has become a major issue. While one state reduced the rates drastically, the other one gave permission to increase them. The government of Andhra Pradesh issued a GO regarding the reduction of rates and the court is looking into the issue. On the other hand, the government of Telangana issued a GO which granted the film industry to increase the ticket prices.
Every person from the film fraternity is happy about the decision of the Telangana government as it helps for the survival of theatres and thousands of people linked to it. All the distributors, theatre owners, producers and celebrities are grateful and insiders say that Megastar Chiranjeevi played a major role in it.
With the help of Telangana MP Santosh Kumar, Megastar convinced the TRS government and cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. They took it to the notice of CM KCR and brought a green signal for a hike in ticket rates.
It is with Chiranjeevi's involvement that the government agreed to increase the ticket rates as per sources. Reports suggest that Megastar is about to get himself involved in the Andhra Pradesh ticket rates issue too. The discussions are already going on as per reports. Perni Nani who is the cinematography minister of AP is in talks with Chiranjeevi and is trying to arrange a meet with CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. Pundits are hopeful that Megastar's involvement will bring a positive result to this ongoing controversy regarding the ticket prizes.
It is great to see Megastar who is in the industry for more than 30 years is doing all he can to help Tollywood and it needs to be appreciated. He is playing the godfather role in this entire matter and making the voice of Tollywood to the government. He praised the Telangana government's decision and thanked the government by writing, "Deeply thankful for CM KCR on accepting the request of Telugu film industry and taking the decision to increase the ticket rates to help the distributors and theatre owners." He even thanked chief secretary Somesh Kumar, cinematography minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and TRS MP Santosh Kumar for helping the industry.
Responding to Megastar's tweet, minister Talasani wrote, : Thank You Chiranjeevi gaaru. The industry has been facing a lot of hardships for the last two years due to Covid. A lot of families are dependent on this and the government of TRS is doing everything it can to increase the welfare of industries." Santosh Kumar tweeted, "Thank you so much @KChiruTweets garu for your kind words. I feel it's my responsibility to attend to a problem in a positive way. The real problem solver is our Hon'ble @TelanganaCMO Legend Sri #KCR garu, who is ever ready to solve any problems. We owe a lot to CM Sir."
