Chiranjeevi Talks About Holding Industry Pedda Position!

The position of the biggie in Tollywood fell vacant after the demise of Dasari Narayana Rao. Though a few names appeared no personality stuck to the position. When the Andhra Pradesh Government announced that movie ticket prices will be reduced, a delegation met the Chief Minister to address the issue.
After the episode, many felt that the Undisputed King of Tollywood would fit in the role. A few people like C. Kalyan and Tammareddy Bharadwaja openly said Chiranjeevi is a perfect choice and they want him to take up the position. He earlier said he has no interest in the position.
Yet again the Megastar said the same and made it clear that he has no intention to enjoy the Tollywood Pedda position. He also said that there are more seniors than him and he has no interest in taking the position. Having said that, the ace hero said he will be ready to help the needy.
Tollywood Industry graced the occasion of the launch of the housing complex in Chitrapuri Complex. After launching the complex, Chiranjeevi handed over the key and documents to the beneficiaries who received the houses. He congratulated them on the occasion.
Elaborating on the Housing Complex in Chitrapuri Colony, Chiranjeevi heaped praises on veteran actor Prabhakar Reddy and said that his foresight is the reason behind the idea and this might have not been achieved without him. Talking about the alleged irregularities Chiranjeevi said he has no idea about that.
It appears that Chiranjeevi put an end to the demand yet again and made it clear that he is not ready to take up the Industry Pedda position.
Veteran actor-filmmaker Prabhakar Reddy was the man behind the idea. The Versatile actor who is known for his generosity had donated as much as 10 acres of land so that film technicians and crew can stay there. After two long decades, the housing complex was started.
The land Prabhakar Reddy donated is very close to the heart of the city Gachibowli. It is also very close to the ORR. Earlier a few allegations were made regarding the alleged irregularities in the housing complex construction.
