Chiyaan Vikram Suffers A Heart Attack! Admitted In Hospital

Versatile star hero Chiyaan Vikram who was supposed to attend the teaser launch of his upcoming big-budget film 'Ponniyin Selvan - 1' had suffered a heart attack. He was immediately rushed to Kauvery hospital in Chennai city and fans are relieved to know that he is currently stable. This news came in as a shock to everyone as Vikram was considered one of the fittest in the film industry.
Chiyaan Vikram has two upcoming releases which will be released within a short space. While his multi-starrer project 'Ponniyin Selvan - 1' will be coming out on 30th September, his action-thriller 'Cobra' will be hitting the screens on 11th August. Hope he comes out of this health issue safely and recovers as quickly as he can. Vikram is currently 56 years old and his son Dhruv Vikram made his entry with 'Arjun Reddy' remake and was seen acting with his dad in 'Mahaan' too.
'Ponniyin Selvan' is director Mani Ratnam's dream project. Apart from Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai, Jayam Ravi and Trisha, top actors like Rahman, Jayaram, Sobhita Dhulipala, Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Lekshmi and others are also a part of this movie. Ravi Varman is the cinematographer while Sreekar Prasad is the editor. Thota Tharani is the production designer. Mani Ratnam’s trusted composer AR Rahman is taking care of the music once again while Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies jointly produced this film.
