CID initiates action in Shruti Haasan case

It is known that Shruti Haasan is upset over 'Yevadu' leaked pictures and even lodged a complaint with Crime Investigation Department (CID) seeking necessary action against the culprits.
In her complaint, Shruti Haasan mentioned that those pictures were shot on the location during a song shoot and she hasn't given permission to producer to use them. She claimed to have shocked upon seeing them on several movie websites.
Expressing her anguish on leaked pics, The actress commented 'Yevadu' leaked pictures had been shot from wrong angles and they are actually meant to be deleted immediately. She complains breach of trust in this case.
CID Sleuths already began questioning the photographers who supplied the photos and also the administrators of the websites. However, They were clueless whether uploading a photograph taken in public place could be termed as illegal and hence legal opinion is being seeked on how to handle the case.
