By: Tupaki Desk | 30 April 2021 10:20 AM GMTPeople often criticize OTT platforms for eating away the theatre business. But thanks to the growth in the digital market, we are witnessing some beautiful concepts these days which would never see the light of day in theatres. The upcoming Netflix Telugu original film 'Cinema Bandi' is the best example of it.
Produced by Raj & DK who are known for high-budget series and movies like 'Family Man' and 'Go Goa Gone', this Telugu film is all about innocence and passive for filmmaking of few villagers. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what to expect from this movie. This is the story of an auto driver who finds a costly camera in the backseat and the journey of making a film with a group of villagers all by themselves starts. They find their own ways to make the movie appealing and help their drought-hit village in the process.
Directed by Praveen Kandregula, 'Cinema Bandi' has a fresh cast and crew. Made on an interesting idea, the trailer looks funny and refreshing. It is quite natural and grabs your interest straight away. It will be available on Netflix from 14th May. Let us see how it is going to be.
