OMG: Complaint against Suriya in Assault case!

A complaint has been booked against Tamil star Suriya at the Shastri Nagar police station for allegedly assaulting a Youth who is seen misbehaving with a Woman. Cops were yet to file an FIR.
When Football Player Prem Kumar, the complainant, and his Friend were going to some place on a bike, The Car in front of them applied breaks all of a sudden and this eventually led to a collision. A Woman who is driving the four wheeler stepped out and started scolding them for rash driving and an altercation took place.
That's when Suriya who was traveling in another car stopped and intervened in the issue. Now, The complainant alleged Suriya has slapped him.
Suriya, however, condemned the allegations and told he intervened only after noticing the two youths manhandle the Woman. He claims to have come to her rescue but never assaulted the boys.
