Cheating case filed against Saaho Heroine

M&M Designs which is the supplier of designs for Shraddha Kapoor's upcoming Bollywood flick 'Haseena Parkar' dragged the Makers to the court for alleged Cheating & Criminal Breach of Trust. The Cloth Manufacturer alleges Cast & Crew hasn't promoted its fashion label 'AJTM' during the promotional events in violation of the agreement signed by the Producer.
The case will come up for hearing in a Mumbai court on October 26th this year. That's more than a month after the theatrical release (September 22nd) of the gangster flick.
'AJTM - Aj Mistry & Thea Minhas' is the fashion label of M&M Designs which is known for branded designer costumes. Although she was supposed to promote the brand for using the materials it supplied, Shraddha Kapoor invited the wrath of the Clothing Manufacturer by not doing so. The Complainant alleged Shraddha Kapoor is aware of the agreement but wilfully skipped the promotions of the brand with the intention to cheat.
'Haseena Parkar' is based on the mafia operated by underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's Sister. Shraddha Kapoor & her reel life brother played the roles of Hasina and Dawood respectively.
