Is Akhil3 Mr. Majnu, A 'Freemake'?

Akhil had a very disastrous launch with his first film, Akhil and his father, Nagarajuna still hurt about it as he keeps mentioning it in his several interviews. He expressed satisfaction and excitement watching his son in a playboy role saying that he finally came into his path.
Nagarjuna knows that even though ANR is known as an all-rounder, his staple diet was romance and Nag had to prove himself as a romantic heto first then do different action films to get close to masses and Shiva gained him a following in Youth and masses.
While he wanted Akhil to follow similar path, Akhil went for an action debut and that backfired badly. Even Naga Chaitanya has a better market with romantic and family entertainers than action films.
Akhil tried action and romance in Hello, but that ended unsuccessful in Telugu states and did well, Overseas. Now, his third film needs to be a hit for him to continue and he is coming up with a complete playboy style character that his father did successfully in Majnu.
Titled, Mr. Majnu, movie is said to be a free make of Bachna-e-Haseeno starring Ranbir Kapoor. Venky Atluri proved with his early film that he can give new twist to old formula and we have to see, how he pulled it off this time. Once again, we would like to clearly say, it is just a rumour we have no confirmed information regarding this!
