Court orders to shut down Megastars fav cafe

Cafe Samovar in Jehangir Art Gallery Mumbai is now getting closed basing on a court order as the art gallery organisers want to extend the gallery space for shutting down the cafe. This is the place where legends like Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachan had their many romantic moments associated with.
This cafe was started by Usha Khanna in 1964 and an icon of Mumbai's cultural landscape for decades. Its food menu like pakoda platter, pudina chai, kheema paratha have huge popularity among celebs and common people alike. The cafe was the venue of Amitabhs first date with his wife Jaya Bachan long back.
