Crores Down The Drain After 'Brahmastra' Even Cancellation!

As everyone is aware, the huge pre-release event of 'Brahmastra' which was supposed to happen on Friday night n Ramoji Film City was canceled at the last moment. It was supposed to be attended by the entire team of 'Brahmastra' and NTR who is the chief guest. The team made arrangements so that thousands of fans could be able to attend the event and enjoy the night.
But the Police Department of Hyderabad denied the permission in the last minute as they were not able to provide sufficient numbers at event due to Ganesh immersions across the city. The sudden change in plans led to a lot of disappointment among the team as well as the fans who were excited for the big event.
News is that the team spent over 2.25 crores for the arrangements of the event and all of that money went into the drain because of the last-minute cancellation. They arranged a small press meet in 5-star hotel Park Hyatt but reports claim that it cost them another 10 lakhs. All of this led to a huge burden on the 'Brahmastra' team who are doing everything they can to make this movie successful. As per Rajamouli, they made some grand arrangements which has Ranbir doing some cool stuff like summoning the fireworks at the event and others. All these arrangements cost the team a lot but they were not able to show it to the audience.
