Daggubati's stunning victory

The election results of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce have been announced and as expected Daggubati Suresh Babu Panel has won the Elections with record majority.Top producers Allu Aravind, Dil Raju and others supported Suresh Babu's panel. Besides, exhibitors across both the Telugu states extended their full support to Suresh Babu's panel.
Other side Natti Kumar's panel failed miserably in the elections. Total of 38 posts were won by Suresh Babu's panel while Natti's panel was managed to win just 7 posts.
These are the first elections to the body after the bifurcation of the state. These elections assumed significance as there were first elections after AP Film Chamber of Commerce went for a name change to Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce.
This is not first-time Suresh Babu won the crown of the Film Chamber of Commerce. He won as APFCC president in August 2011 unanimously. Producer Damodar Prasad of Sri Ranjith Movies has been elected as the General Secretary of the Film Chamber and Bharath Chowdary elected as the Chairman for the Distributor's Sector.
