'Oopiri' has been widely appreciated unanimously for its clean humor and genuine emotion. Already, SS Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh, VV Vinayak and several other have heaped praises on the feel-good entertainer. Now, A senior-most director compares 'Oopiri' with 'Bommarillu'.
After the special screening of 'Oopiri', Dasari said : "A Star Hero playing a wheelchair-bound role throughout the movie is a great thing to do. Nag showed even acting could be done using the eyes with this movie. The huge risk taken by Nagarjuna has paid off. Even Karthi did a good job. We could see a different dimension of Tamanna in the movie. Even Anushka and Shriya have done a great job. After 'Bommarillu', This is one film I enjoyed thoroughly. I haven't seen such a making standards and performance in the past decade. No have dared to make such a film till date. In every frame, One could see the excellence of Director Vamsi Paidipally. He designed every character so beautifully and made sure there isn't melodrama. Even Comedy was integral part of the story. I wholeheartedly congratulate PVP Cinema for offering such a wonderful film".
Even Box Office collections of 'Oopiri' were rock steady on Weekdays. With ICC World Cup ending in few more days, The collections would only improve and it will have a steady run at least till April 7th.
