Recently released Ali Bhatt and Shahrukh Khan film "Dear Zindagi" is now facing a tough situation at legal side. Directed by English Vinglish fame Gauri Shinde, here is what could happen to the film.
Though Gauri Shinde has denied reports of plagiarism, it's heard that Dear Zindagi happens to be a replica of Canadian comedy-drama TV series "Being Erica". Insiders confirmed that Canadian company Temple Street Productions have sent a legal notice to Karan Joharâs Dharma Productions for copyright infringement.
For now, Karan Johar is also maintaining a silence over it.
