December 2nd Fixed For The Arrival Of 'Sir'!

Multiple National Award winner Dhanush is busy with a lot of crazy projects in his hand. But the most interesting of the lot is his Telugu-Tamil bilingual 'Sir'. Right from the first look poster to the teaser, everything created a huge positive vibe on this film. It is titled 'Sir' in Telugu and 'Vaathi' in Tamil. Leading producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments joined forces with Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas to make this project.
Srikara Studios is presenting the film while 'Tholi Prema' and 'Rang De' fame Venky Atluri is the writer and director of the prestigious film. Happening actress Samyuktha Menon is the heroine in this film and the makers have now officially announced the release date. 'Sir' will have a simultaneous release across the globe on 2nd December both in Telugu and Tamil languages.
The announcement has been made through a poster that has Dhanush seated on a table in a classroom and is pointing his finger upwards and directing towards the release date amidst a group of students. The blackboard is filled with a few mathematical equations while there's a book placed alongside Dhanush too. Dhanush looks at his casual best in the new poster with unmatched simplicity and body language wearing simple formal clothes.
The makers wrote, "Mark the date. Our #Vaathi? #SIR is getting ready to take classes from 2nd December 2022! #SIRMovieOn2ndDec #VaathiOn2ndDec". The shooting of this bilingual has been wrapped up and the post-production works are going on at a rapid pace.
Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samuthirakani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Motta Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi and Praveena too play key roles this flick. Talented composer GV Prakash Kumar is working on the music department. Yuvraj is the cinematographer while Navin Nooli is the editor. Avinash Kolla is the production designer and Venkat handled the action choreography.
