Video: Deva Katta And Smitha's I-Day Film

Talented singer Smitha and acclaimed director Deva Katta have come up with a short film titled "Dying To Be Me" on the even of Independence Day tomorrow. Dedicating it to the cause of women's economic independence and a small effort to make society think about its women and encourage and support them to realise their true potential, Smitha made this film.

Featuring actor Ravi Varma and Smitha, the short film deals with a wife revealing to her husband that she got a job. As husbands usually say that women are good for their regular household chores and raising up children, this is about a woman saying no. "Dying To Be Me" asks women to step out to work and also asks men to allow women to work.
