Devadas Movie First Week Collections Report

Devadas movie released on 27th September. The movie had good buzz and positive expectations prior to the release of the film. Nagarjuna and Nani combination created a lot of interest in the audience.
But Nani getting bad name in the families for his hosting and the movie following a routine path with not many strong scenes, lead to a very average response.
Still the movie recovered good Rs. 21.30 crores in the first week Worldwide and if it can survive NOTA and Aravinda Sametha on-slaught which will be really tough the movie can recover Rs. 30 crores, which will be 80% of its pre-biz number which is said to stand at Rs. 37.30 crores.
