There are several chartbusters in the career of music director Devi Sri Prasad. Among all those songs, 'Nannaku Prematho..' song from Nannaku Prematho movie stands out. The song came straight from the heart of Devi. He composed this song just after his father Sathyamurthy passed away as an ode to his father. 'Nannaku Premtho..' song touched the hearts of music lovers. Similarly, in a recent development Devi released 'Gurave Namaha' song.. and he is getting appreciaton from all quarters.
Devi composed this song in memory of his guru Late. Mandolin Srinivas. Apart from composing the tune, Devi himself sang it. Senior lyricist Jonnavittula penned lyrics for this beautiful song. The lyrics were penned in Sanskrit which will have pan South India appeal as Mandolin Srinivas desciples across South India. On the other hand, Devi is going to organize a music concert as an ode to his guru. Several musicians will participate in this concert including drummer Sivamani.
