Spotted: DSP kick-starts NBK100 Work

Balakrishna's prestigious 100th movie Gautamiputra Satakarni launched in a grand way at Annapurna Studios recently.The film will be directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Krish and 'Legend' music director Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to compose the music.

Devi Sri Prasad took up the challenge as it was historical film. DSP is currently busy with the music settings of the film. Interestingly, DSP chose America to begin his music compositions for the film.

Director Krish took to his Twitter profile and wrote, "@ThisIsDSP working from NEW YORK for #GautamiputraSatakarni. Love ur passion n dedication #SiromaniPutra".

As per reports DSP has started working on the tunes and the background score. As the film is based on a historical backdrop, music and BGM plays an important role. The movie's teaser will be launched on 10th June on the eve of Balakrishna's birthday. The movie tells the story of great king Gautamiputra Satakarni of Satavahana empire who ruled from Amaravathi. Rajeev Reddy and Sai Babu Jagarlamudi are producing this movie on First Frame Entertainments banner.
