Dhanush score another Dud on OTT with Atrangi Re

Earlier this year, Dhanush scored an OTT dud with Jagame Thandhiram. The Netflix original was released amidst sky high expectations but it turned out to be a damp quib. Now, Dhanush has scored another failure with his latest OTT outing Atrangi Re.
Atrangi Re is available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar now and it is receiving a thumbs down from the critics and the common audience alike.
"And ALR continues to disappoint in second half again after Zero.First half is quite good and ends on high note but extremely hatke concept in second half and unconventional plot killed its overall essence. Average direction," a disappointed netizen shared his review of Atrangi Re.

Atrangi Re has Dhanush Sara Ali Khan, and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles and it is billed to be an intense love drama. The film opened to disappointing reviews.
