Dhanush To Resume 'Atrangi Re' Shoot Soon

South star Dhanush is all set to resume shooting for his Bollywood film, 'Atrangi Re' by the last week of September in Madurai. The Bollywood romance drama has Dhanush, Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles.
Earlier reports suggested the team had planned to resume shooting in October, but the latest is that the shooting is expected to resume by the end of September.
Reports are that Akshay Kumar, who is currently shooting in London for 'Bell Bottom' is expected to return to India after completing the schedule in London. Sources say that the director is planning to shoot scenes featuring Dhanush and Akshay Kumar in the Madurai schedule.
Apparently, 'Atrangi Re' is Dhanush's third film in Bollywood after 'Raanjhanaa' and 'Shamitabh', and it is his second outing with director Anand L Rai.
The story is written by Himanshu Sharma, and it has music scored by AR Rahman. The team is reportedly planning to release the film for Valentine's day 2021.
