Dhruva piracy print uploaded on YouTube

It's a rude shock for film lovers as on Sunday afternoon, "Dhruva" pirated version surfaced on popular video sharing site YouTube.
At a time when makers are trying to curb piracy, a direct such attack by uploading the film's print on YouTube could surely dent the collections. One wonders what made YouTube to not take any tough action on this upload before hundreds of viewers got it watched.
Though strict copyright infringement rules and uploading policies are in place, perpetrators are somehow showing stars to filmmakers.
