Dil Raju's masterful tactics to reduce costs!

Dil Raju is one of the biggest producers in Telugu Cinema these days. This year, all his movies have become profitable in a huge way. Nenu Local, Shatamanam Bhavati, Fidaa have collected double the amounts he spent on production and even Duvvada Jagannadam ended up being a profitable venture for him.
In the Industry circles, the talk is that Dil Raju is able to get rid of all the loans and also banked the profits of more than 50 plus crores this year. He is now tightening the screws on the production costs of his upcoming movies it seems. One thing he is implementing for that is to identify the young talents like actors, actresses early enough and book them for less remuneration.
He took Anupama Parameshwaran in his Shatamanam Bhavati for a low remuneration. Also, Sai Pallavi, who is now famous all over Telugu states as Bhanumathi, also got less amount for her debut film, Fidaa and even the remuneration hike is not as much reported for her second film in his production as per the reports. Even Keerthy Suresh did not demand so much for Nenu Local, so the producer wants to audition the better actresses out of the profiles and he is asking even his directors to prefer mostly debutants or lesser known actresses it seems.
He is know in talks to take Radhika Mahrothra, the Rajasthani actress in his next production with a debut director. The actress is debuting with soon to be released movie, Prema Entha Madhuram, Priyuralu Antha Katinam. He is right now in discussions with his director to see where she fits in the film and which story can work on her as per the sources. While some are praising his penchant to risk on the young talent few of them are commenting that it is a new tactic that is working for him in a big way!
