Dil Raju Confirms Maharshi Postponement!

Maharshi movie is now officially postponed to 9th May. Dil Raju met the press on 6th March in the afternoon time to confirm this news.
At the press meet he looked upbeat and said, "We are extremely pleased to say that Maharshi is coming out well and Vamshi Paidipally is coming with best script of his career till date.
He worked for two years and we are positive about the response the movie will get. We are able to complete the shoot in-time but 25th April date, doesn't give us ample time to complete post production and other works.
Hence, we all sat together including Director, Mahesh Babu, Ashwini Dutt, PVP and me, to decide on the date. We finalised that the movie is strong and it needs to be given the time it demands too.
So, the decision to postponement has become unavoidable. After the exams and elections come to our film theatres in May and enjoy a beautiful tale on-screen.
Mahesh Babu is looking handsome in the film and when we saw the rushes and simple cut, we all thought it will be a blockbuster and I don't want to jinx it so early.
On 9th May, Ashwini Dutt garu have blockbusters like Mahanati, Jagadeeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari. I have some memorable films in May. We hope Maharshi will add to the list," concluded the producer.
