Actress Chased Dil Raju! For What?

Dil Raju is a brand in Telugu Film Industry. Public expect films made on Sri Venkateswara Creations to be good. Even someone like Mani Ratnam and Shankar prefer Dil Raju to release their dubbed films in Tollywood through this prestigious banner.
Generally, Dil Raju doesn't prefer meeting Heroines during the casting stage. If the Director suggests any Actress, He would take a call upon seeing her photographs and audition pictures/video.
Upcoming Heroines would look forward to work in Dil Raju's banner hoping it could change their fortune. Some of them even try to meet him personally for grabbing offers. Even Actress Nandita Swetha tried her best to come in touch with the Seasoned Producer.
Dil Raju: 'Usually, I would avoid if Actresses express their wish to meet Me. But, Nandita tried a lot to meet Me. She even sent 2-3 messages. When she expressed her wish to meet Me, I had asked her to come to my office. Nandita told she hasn't signed any movie in Telugu after 'Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada' and wishes to be part of a good project. When we are discussing about the second female lead in 'Srinivasa Kalyanam', I asked Satish Vegesna whether if Nandita suits the role. Then, The Director responded positively. That's how Nandita became a part of this project'.
Nandita Swetha told she is keen to do roles which offer scope for performance rather than just being glam doll. 'For the first time, I worked with such a big team and learnt a lot. Films like 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' are very rare,' she said.
