Recently, Indian team captain, Kohli received some criticism regarding his team selection, as he went with horses for courses strategy by changing his team every test match.

May be Tollywood directors took inspiration from him they have stated changing their core team after a flop.

Recently, Trivikram Srinivas said to have changed his core team after Agnyathavasi disaster and previously, Srinu Vaitla and AR Murugadoss did the same after the results of their films.

If the movie becomes a hit, the team gets to continue and enjoy hikes, if it doesn't then most them are being truncated or dismissed with immediate effect.

In Raghavendra Rao and Dasari Narayana Rao era, as there were three to four teams working constantly under the big directors, another team that delivered success used to work for their next film while the team that delivered flop used to get to work on a small budget film.

Unless and until, the director felt a need to induce new blood into the team, the chopping and changing used to minimum. As they used to treat their team as learners rather than collaborators.

Today, each director considers his each member of his team as a collaborator and hence, they think it is better to go with a young and fresh person than with the same one for inspiration.

Few of the team members say it is not right on a big directors as they just executed the director's orders while others say, the budget control and reduced remuneration after a flop, forcing the change.

Whatever might be the reason, directors are looking for new inspiration and new blood to carry forward. Let's see how that will work. We need to remember that Puri Jagannadh even though changed his entire team after Loafer, still did not deliver a decent hit after Temper!

So, is it in the team or in the directors? It is highly debatable! What do you have to say on this? Is it worthy to change your team everytime in creative process? Is it necessary?
