Director Lashes Out At Rajamouli, Accuses Of Copying!
By: Tupaki Desk | 24 April 2020 4:02 AM GMTRajamouli is one of the biggest directors in India right now. The magic he created with 'Baahubali' left everyone awestruck and people are eagerly waiting for his next film 'RRR' featuring Ram Charan and NTR. Rajamouli doesn't make innovative films but he makes films with the right dose of emotions and commercial elements that turn them into blockbusters.
In a recent interview, Rajamouli made some sensational remarks on the Oscar-winning film 'Parasite'. While the entire world applauded the film, Rajamouli joined the few who didn't appreciate it. He said that he got bored with the film and fell asleep halfway through. This did not go down well with some people and they started trolling the ace director on the internet.
Prasanth Kumar, director of a film called 'Mithai' even went ahead and wrote an elaborate letter to Rajamouli criticizing him for not liking 'Parasite' and also stated that Rajamouli copied a lot from Hollywood films. He said 'Parasite' was an original piece of work that deserves respect while Rajamouli's films are nowhere near that level. Here is the full letter he wrote, take a look at it.

More than anything, Parasite is an original piece of work. Originality deserves respect, especially when it is powerful enough to cut across language barriers and Parasite has done that, my open letter pic.twitter.com/XQt4QnCFYl
