Tollywood is facing Cinematographer issues?

These days, Telugu Film Industry is trying to explore the camera like no one else. Many cinematographers from other languages are working for Telugu films and directors are asking for these people as well. But suddenly, there are many problems creeping up between the directors and Cinematographers.
For Sardar Gababr Singh, Jayanan Vincent was announced as the Cinematographer first but K.S.Ravindra aka Bobby had some differences with him and they changed the Cinematographer. Even for his recent film, Jai Lava Kusa with Jr. NTR, the director and Cinematographer Muralidharan had to be replaced in the middle of the shoot.
Now, for Nani movie, Middle Class Abbayi, MCA, also Cinematographer had to be replaced in the middle of the shoot. Diwakar Mani, who worked for Keshava movie and was revered for his work, started working for the movie but director Venu Sriram and Diwakar Mani had many creative differences and the cinematographer had to walk out after trying to adjust for few days. Well, this is becoming quite common these days, what do you say?
