Doctor Lodges Complaint Against Kabir Singh

'Kabir Singh' has set the Box Office on fire. This Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani-starrer joined the Rs 100 crore club in just five days. A revenue of Rs 17.54 crore on Monday and Rs 16.53 crore on Tuesday left the Hindi Film Industry stunned.
Trade Circles expect 'Kabir Singh' to join Rs 200 crore club by the end of two weeks Box Office run. It is likely to become the biggest grosser of 2019 if the good show continues.
Just alike it happened in the case of 'Arjun Reddy', Doctors aren't happy with the way the protagonist has been presented in 'Kabir Singh'. A Mumbai-based Doctor lodged a complaint against the Makers for portraying the medical profession in negative manner. He demanded that the screening of the blockbuster has to be stalled immediately.
Mumbai Police wrote a letter to Union Health Minister, I&B Ministry, State Health Ministry and CBFC regarding the issue over the screening of 'Kabir Singh'. In the movie, Shahid Kapoor appears as an alcoholic doctor and even indulges in drug abuse.
