The dubbing movies business has always been quite profitable to the producers but a lot of Tamil films that came out in the last few years failed to impress the Telugu audience. But it looks like the Tamil films are proving to be big money spinners for a small investment in 2022. It is not just Tamil but Kannada films are getting great reception in Telugu states recently.

We all know how big of hit 'KGF Chapter 2' turned out to be. It created a storm at the box office and collected huge money at the Telugu box office. After that, Nithiin's production banner 'Shresth Movies' dubbed Kamal Hassan's 'Vikram' and released it in Telugu. The movie earned double profits and turned out to be a highly successful venture.

Dil Raju bought the dubbing rights for 'Ponniyin Selvan' which ended up having a decent run in the Telugu states. Allu Aravind of 'Geetha Arts' recently released Tamil film 'Naane Varuven' and Kannada movie 'Kantara' in Telugu. While Dhanush's film did not get much attention, it was 'Kantara' that brought him heavy profits. The movie was bought for a meager prize of 2 crores and the collections are around 25 crores now. Chiranjeevi released 'Laal Singh Chadda' in Telugu but it ended up as a big failure.

King Nagarjuna recently released Karthi's 'Sardar' in Telugu. This spy thriller got a positive talk and it is running quite successfully. The movie has been declared a hit in both Tamil as well as Telugu. Nag is surely going to end up in profits this time. It looks like these dubbing films have given a huge scope for big producers to earn money with just a small investment.
