First Look: Dulquer Salmaan As Gemini Ganesan

It is known that a biopic is being made on the legendary Telugu actress Savitri.  Savitri's success as an actress is phenomenal but at the same time, she had her share of struggles in her personal life.  Her romance with Tamil Star hero Gemini Ganesan.. secret marriage with him and subsequent troubles in her personal life are widely popular.  It is tough to make a biopic on Savitri without showing the negative facet of Gemini Ganesan.  That's the reason why Tamil stars didn't show interest to essay his role in 'Mahanati'.

Director Nag Ashwin has finally chosen Malayalam actor 'Dulquer Salman' for Gemini Ganesan role and he has been attending the shoot for the past few weeks.  Dulquer Salman is celebrating his birthday today. 'Mahanati' team has released Dulquer's look from 'Mahanati' on this occasion.  He has perfectly suited the role of Gemini Ganesan, who was known as 'King Of Romance'.

Keerthy Suresh look as Savitri has already been leaked to the media. Nag Ashwin appears to be taking good care of the looks of each and every character in the biopic.  On the other hand, Telugu audience are eager to know the actors who are going to play NTR, ANR roles in the film.
