Tollywood Drugs Case: ED Serves Notices To Rana, Ravi Teja, and others

The Tollywood drug peddling and consumption case created a sensation of sorts back in 2017. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) collected samples from a few Tollywood celebrities back then but there was very little progress in regard to the case.
The latest news is that the Enforcement Directorate has taken over the case. The ED has summoned Rana, Ravi Teja, Rakul Preet Singh, Mumaith Khan, Navdeep, Tarun, Ranish, and others to appear in front of them for further investigation.
Rakul Preet Singh was summoned to attend the investigation on 6th September, Rana on 8 September, Ravi Teja on 9 September, and Mumaith Khan on 15th September.
The Enforcement Directorate has also ordered the SIT officials who had previously investigated the case to be a part of the case as witnesses. They too will be investigated about the drug peddling case.
None of the actors have responded to the Enforcement Directorate summons and understandably so. But they will have to attend the investigation.
