Ekta Kapoor Opens Up On Digital Censorship

Bollywood Television tycoon Ekta Kapoor is not only known for her long soap operas but also for her bold feature films. Ekta is also an active film producer and has bankrolled many bold films in her career. She recently spoke on how digital media should be restricted by the censor board.
It is already known that many people are asking the Supreme Court to regulate the content on digital media. Speaking on the issue, Ekta stated that she has no problem with the sex scenes. There is no denying that the content on digital media should be regulated but they should not be banned.
Ekta opined that banning the films which showcase bold content is not a wise decision to take as it disables the creative freedom of the filmmakers. Instead, she suggested that the content should be censored accordingly. Let's see if the government considers this point.
