Abhilash Joshiy is the director of this gangster action thriller and there were a lot of whispers in the industry that star actress Samantha will be making her Malayalam debut with this flick.
Reports arrived that she is going to sizzle in a special number for Dulquer Salman but it is not happening. If sources are to be believed, the 'Yashoda' actress turned out the offer due to her health issues and packed schedule. In place of her, the team brought 'Guru' beauty Ritika Singh onboard and she will be shaking a leg in this special number.
A picture from the film's set went viral and we can Ritika in the special attire during the son's making which is happening in Ramanathapuram. 'King Of Kotha' is a complete gangster drama and Dulquer is working under Abhilash Joshiy's direction. Abhilash is reportedly the son of veteran filmmaker Joshiy. The 'Mahanati' actor will be sporting two looks in this movie as he will be portraying two different stages in life.
'Ammu' and 'PS – 1' actress Aishwarya Lekshmi is the heroine in this project while Gokul Suresh, Nyla Usha, Shabeer Kallarackal, Chemban Vinod Jose, Shanthi Krishna, Sudhi Koppa, Senthil Krishna, Rajesh Sharma, and others play key roles. Jakes Bejoy is the music composer while Shaan Rahman is giving the songs. Wayfarer Films and Zee Studios are producing it.
