RRR Update: Entire Shoot Wrapped, Except Two Pickup Shots

Rajamouli's magnum opus creation, RRR has been in the making for close to 3 years now, partly due to the Covid pandemic. However, the long journey is set to come to an end very soon as the entire shoot of the film, barring two pickup shots has been wrapped up. Team RRR took it to social media to drop an official update in this regard. The statement read that the entire shoot, barring two pickup shots has been wrapped up.

Except a couple of pickup shots, we are officially done with the entire shoot of #RRRMovie. Incidentally finished with the same bike shot that we started with on November 19th 2018," the announcement from team RRR read. They further added that the post-production is moving at a brisk pace now and more details about the film will be out in the near future.
With the shoot nearing completion, we can expect the makers to call for a media meet very soon and officially announce the new release date of the Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer. It is heard that the film's release might get postponed to next Ugadi. However, we need to wait for an official announcement in this regard before drawing any conclusions. As it appears, the release date announcement is not too far from now.
RRR is the most awaited Indian film in the making and it is carrying sky-high buzz and expectations. The film features Jr NTR and Ram Charan who play legendary freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem respectively. The film also features Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan in other important roles. DVV Entertainments are spending over Rs 300 crores on the project. It is heard that the film will be out on 1st April next year but the same is yet to be made official.
