Telugu Heroine Asks Why..?

Whatever may be the reasons, Telugu filmmakers don't give much preference to the local Telugu heroines. They will be running after other language heroines always. Even audience feel that it is true. Surprisingly, our Telugu heroines are proving themselves in other languages like Tamil and making it big there. Telugu heroine Eesha Rebba is popular with films like 'Antakumundu Aa Tarvata'.. 'Ami Thumi'. She has spoken on this topic recently during the promotions of her latest film 'Darshakudu'.

She said that there is discrimination on Telugu girls in the industry. Not just industry but she has revealed that even media is discriminating Telugu girls. She said that "If a Bollywood heroines says that she wants to act with Prabhas, it becomes a big news.. if a Telugu heroine gives a similar statement, nobody cares about it. Telugu girl's statement will not be highlighted."

She said that she liked Bhanumati role in 'Fidaa' and said that she could do justice to that role in the same way. She said that she is ready for glamour roles as well.
