'Varma - Be ready to face Arrest'

Retired Excise Officials Association took serious note of the comments made by Ram Gopal Varma against Excise Enforcement Director Akun Sabharwal. They opined the remarks of Varma should be treated as an attempt to stop a Government Official from doing his duty.
The Association questioned: 'How could a DGI level official be treated in such a manner? Is it agreeable to comment Baahubali 3 should be made with a Higher Official investigating a serious case. We will be filing a case under section 50 against Ram Gopal Varma. People who made such objectionable remarks in the past faced 3 years jail'.
Telangana Home Minister Nayini Narasimha Rao declared even TRS Leaders willn't be spared if they have any involvement in the drug scandal.
Excise Minister Padmarao promised stringent action on pubs encouraging drug mafia. 'If needed, I myself will take part in search operation in the pubs,' he said.
Akun Sabharwal clarified investigation of drug racket case is happening as per the law. He told it's unfair to say Film Industry has been targeted and anybody would be questioned if we have evidence.
