It all appears colourful on the outside but the film industry is nothing like that. Cast and family background play a crucial role. There are a lot of elements that contribute to success in this field apart from hard work and talent. Most of the talented actors are vanishing not because of bad luck but due to some strong external factors. Adding to it, the false prestige is crushing many people and hurting them badly.

Getting noticed is not an easy task. It involves a lot of money and maintenance to keep up with the 'Hero' tag. He needs to ride costly cars, have a big house and needs to set up his own office for directors or writers approach him with stories. He also needs to maintain his own crew of personal makeup men, costume designers, hair dressers and others. He needs to put on costly clothes and accessories for every social event and he needs to come up with new outfits for every occasion. This will all be maintained when your hands are full with film offers but things start to get tough when you face flops and offers start to fade away. The maintenance cost is still the same but during these times, they need to show more hype and prestige. Most of the heroes invest in real estates and buy cars. This money will not return during the time of their need and they end up taking lone for banks. To pay them back, they accept whatever film that comes their way and their market goes further down with flops. This makes like stressful and unbearable for them.

This is the main reason why some of the most talented actors commit suicide or completely stay in the dark after a few days. The industry needs to take a deep look inside. Why do the actors need to go for this false prestige? Can’t they lead a simple life despite the craze? This will be the biggest medicine to all their problems but will the society allow them to be simple?
