No one expected a film in the combination of Puri Jagannadh.. Nandamuri Balakrishna becuase their styles are completely different in doing films. When there were reports in the Telugu media about the combination of Puri-Balayya, audience didn't believe it. Surprisingly, their combination materialized and the movie was announced without much gap.
The shoot is also going on with jet speed. Puri-Balayya combination has raised curiosity levels among the audience and trade circles. The latest buzz suggests that the movie's satellite rights have been sold for a fancy price recently. Popular TV channel Gemini said to have acquired the satellite rights of Balayya film for a whopping Rs. 9 crore. This figure is a record for Balayya as well as Puri.
Going by Puri's present form, this price is unthinkable. Because Puri's last four films were big failures at the box office. Out of those four films, his last film 'Rogue' was a complete disaster. When we consider this, we should give major credit to Balayya for the wonderful satellite business. On the other hand, there are reports that the movie is also getting very good business offers. 40% of the shoot has been completed and Puri is keen on completing the film fast and release as per the announced date.
