Dil Raju's last production 'DJ-Duvvada Jagannadham' is a hit as per the filmmakers. But the industry insiders say that there were minor losses to the some of the local distributors.. and considerable loss to the overseas distributor. So it can't be termed as a hit. This debate was there since the 'DJ' team has announced the collections.. and it is still going on. Let us keep it aside for a while and move on to Dil Raju's latest film 'Fidaa'.

Director Sekhar Kammula is known for his clean films, and he has made another film with Telangana touch this time. The way 'Fidaa' has shown the beauty of Telangana dialect is getting appreciation from all quarters. Apart from the critics, the common audience are also appreciating the film despite slow second half. The movie turned out to be a hit and bringing profits to the ace producer.
