Fidaa Registers Fantastic TRPs!

Sekhar Kammula's 'Fidaa' starring mega hero Varun Tej, Sai Pallavi became a blockbuster at the box office giving a huge break to the debutante heroine. More than Sai Pallavi, 'Fidaa' gave the much needed commercial hit to the struggling Sekhar Kammula and Varun Tej as well. The movie turned out to be a huge money spinner for producer Dil Raju.
'Fidaa' hungama didn't stop with the commercial success. The movie was telecasted in Star Maa Channel on September 24. The movie has thoroughly impressed the small screen audience and it went on to register a massive TRP rating of 21.30. It is the third highest TRP for a Telugu film in the TV history. Only two films are ahead of 'Fidaa' in the top 10 list, 'Magadheera' with 22 and 'Baahubali' with 21.84.
Another surprising thing is that the movie was aired in the afternoon. Usually, films aired during the afternoon time will get relatively lesser TRPs but 'Fidaa' proved it wrong.
