The most prestigious Filmfare Awards ceremony has been organised in Bengaluru on Sunday night. It was a grand affair with celebrities arriving from all over the country. Since the 2020 Filmfare Awards ceremony did not happen due to lockdown, the makers gave away the awards to the best for 2020 and 2021.

Here is the list of winners:

The Best Film award went to 'Pushpa: The Rise' and it is Allu Arjun who grabbed the Best Actor Award. The critics choice however went to Nani for his acting in 'Shyam Singha Roy'. Coming to the Best Actress, both regular as well as Critics award went to Sai Pallavi for her performances in 'Love Story' as well as 'Shyam Singha Roy'. Sukumar grabbed the Best Director award for 'Pushpa' and the Best Music Album went to Devi Sri Prasad for the same film.

Murali Sharma and Tabu won the Best Supporting Actor and Actress awards respectively for their work in 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo'. It was 'Uppena' stars Vaisshnav Tej and Krithi Shetty who secured the Filmfare Awards in the Best Debut Actor and Best Debut Actress categories. The late Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry sir won the Best Filmfare Award in the lyrics department for 'Life Of Ram' song in 'Jaanu'. Sid Sriram won the Best Singer Male for 'Srivalli' song while Indravathi Chauhan won the Best Singer Female for her 'Oo Antava Song'. 'Pushpa' cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba Brozek bagged the Filmfare Award in his department while Sekhar Master grabbed the black lady for his choreography of 'Ramulo Ramulaa' song from 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo'. It is Allu Aravind who got the Life Time Achievement Award.
